What are you paying per seat?
Per-seat pricing means the bill moves every time you hire. Move the slider to your team size, pick who you are comparing, and the difference is right there. Every competitor figure is a published list price with a link to the source.
Competitor pricing is based on a minimum need of 5 users.
Over three years that is a $3,240 difference, in your favour.
Same price at 5 reps or 50. That is the whole point.
What the sticker does not show
Some competitor pricing reflects estimates based on user feedback, because not all vendors publish complete pricing on their websites. Verify current terms with each vendor. RAZIO pricing comes from our pricing page and is a published price, not an estimate. Competitor figures here are estimated real-world cost; the comparison pages quote each vendor's published list price instead, with a link to their own pricing page.
How this is calculated
The competitor column is seat price multiplied by team size, using each vendor's published list price on annual billing. The RAZIO column is the Growth plan at a flat monthly price, which does not move with headcount. The three-year figure is the monthly difference multiplied by 36.
Each vendor is shown at the cheapest tier that includes multi-step sequences, since RAZIO includes them on every plan. Comparing against a cheaper tier that cannot run a cadence would not be a like-for-like. Where a cheaper tier exists, it is named on that vendor's comparison page rather than quietly skipped.
What this deliberately leaves out: onboarding and implementation fees, paid add-ons, and annual commitments. Those usually run in the per-seat vendors' favour to omit, and they are covered on each comparison page instead.
Two vendors are not in the list. Outreach publishes no price at all, so there is nothing to multiply. Bitrix24 and GoHighLevel price per organisation rather than per seat, so seat math does not apply to them; those comparisons are about scope instead.
Why flat pricing changes the decision
The number in the calculator is the visible half. The other half is what per-seat pricing does to behaviour: hiring a rep becomes a line item, contractors and part-time staff get left out of the CRM, and someone trims logins before renewal to keep the bill down. Every one of those is a small tax on running the team the way you actually want to.
Flat pricing removes the question. Put everyone in, including the person who only needs to look something up twice a week, because your plan is the same either way.
