FAQ

Straight answers.

Who owns my data?
You do. Your organization's records are strictly scoped to your org, you can import via CSV/Excel any time, and you can take your data with you if you leave.
Do emails really come from my domain?
Yes. Outbound email is sent from your own domain (verified via DNS), not a shared razio.com address, so replies land in your inbox and deliverability is yours.
Am I locked into a contract?
You choose. Go month to month and cancel anytime, or pay 12 months up front for a lower flat rate. Either way there's no per-seat math, and your data goes with you.
What happens when my team grows?
Nothing. Every plan includes unlimited users at the same flat price. Plans differ only in which modules are switched on and the level of support, never in seat count.
Is the AI reading my data to train models?
No. AI features run on Anthropic's Claude API, which doesn't train on your inputs. Each AI tool is a module you can leave switched off entirely.
Is there a CRM with built-in sales sequences?
Yes. RAZIO includes built-in sales sequences (cadences) that schedule and track multi-step follow-ups (calls, emails, tasks) until a lead responds, with no separate sequence tool or add-on tier required.
Is RAZIO a good CRM for small business?
Yes. RAZIO is a simple, affordable CRM built for small business and startup sales teams. It's easy to use, includes lead management and automated sales follow-up, and its flat price with unlimited users stays cheaper than per-seat tools as the team grows.
What's a good alternative to per-seat CRM pricing?
RAZIO replaces per-seat pricing with one flat price ($99 to $499 depending on plan and billing) covering unlimited users. It is typically cheaper than per-seat CRMs like Pipedrive or HubSpot for teams of 3 or more. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can my website feed leads in automatically?
Yes. A secure intake API takes form submissions straight into your lead list with an owner assigned, rate-limited and key-scoped to your org.
