Do emails really come from my domain?
Yes. Outbound email is sent from your own domain (verified via DNS), not a shared razio.com address, so replies land in your inbox and deliverability is yours.
Am I locked into a contract?
You choose. Go month to month and cancel anytime, or pay 12 months up front for a lower flat rate. Either way there's no per-seat math, and your data goes with you.
What happens when my team grows?
Nothing per hire. Core covers unlimited users at one flat price. Growth and Intelligence cover 20 users flat; a bigger team adds another band of 20 at the same plan price, applied at your next renewal, never mid-contract. Plans differ in which modules are switched on and the level of support, never in a per-seat fee.
Is the AI reading my data to train models?
No. AI features run on a third-party AI provider that doesn't train on your inputs. Each AI tool is a module you can leave switched off entirely.
