Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RAZIO, the sales workflow CRM provided by TDweb LLC ("TDweb", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using RAZIO, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

1. The service

RAZIO is a hosted CRM that provides lead, contact, account and opportunity management, sales sequences, a daily action list, document generation and optional AI features. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan without notice.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization. Roles (Owner, Manager, Member) let you control who can manage users, delete records, and change settings. You agree to keep your contact and billing details accurate.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

• RAZIO is offered on flat monthly plans: Starter ($99), Professional ($199) and Full ($299), each in US dollars.
• Every plan includes unlimited users. Plans differ only in which modules are switched on and the level of support, never in seat count.
• Plans are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

The records your organization stores in RAZIO belong to your organization. We access them only to operate and support the service. You can import via CSV or Excel and export your data at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RAZIO to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach the security or tenancy boundaries of the service.
• Infringe others' rights or store data you have no lawful basis to process.

Outbound email you send through RAZIO goes from your own verified domain, and you are responsible for its content and for compliance with applicable email and privacy laws.

6. AI features

Optional AI features run on Anthropic's Claude API and do not train on your inputs. AI output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing anything you send or rely on. AI tools are modules you can leave switched off.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep RAZIO available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical. Support is provided by email on all plans, with priority and phone support on higher tiers as described on our pricing page.

8. Disclaimers

RAZIO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDweb will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for RAZIO in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, we will make your organization's data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product and legal landscape change. Material changes take effect on the "last updated" date above, and continued use of RAZIO means you accept the revised Terms.
