We built RAZIO to run our own pipeline.
RAZIO is built and operated by TDweb LLC, a web development company. Before it had a name, it was the internal tool we used to work our own leads: web design prospects coming in from forms and lists, each one needing a call today, an email Thursday, a follow-up next week, and a CRM bill that made no sense for a small team.
The CRMs we tried were databases that waited for us. What we actually needed was a system that told us what to do today: every lead on a sequence, every morning a finished list of calls and emails, nothing dropped when a week got loud. So we built that. And because we were also the ones paying the bill, we priced it the way we wished CRMs were priced: one flat number, unlimited users.
What we believe
Follow-up is a system, not a virtue. Deals are lost to silence more than to competitors. Software should schedule the persistence so people can spend their judgment on the conversations.
Per-seat pricing punishes growth. Adding a rep should never trigger a pricing conversation. Every RAZIO plan includes unlimited users; tiers change modules and support, never seat count.
AI should do the boring half. RAZIO's Claude-powered tools clean up notes, polish emails and summarize attachments, inside the screens you already work in.
The company
TDweb LLC builds websites and web applications for small and mid-size businesses at tdwebllc.com. RAZIO is our product: we run our own sales desk on it every day, which means bugs get felt by us before they get felt by you, and features earn their place by surviving our own Monday mornings.
