Privacy Policy

RAZIO is a sales workflow CRM built and operated by TDweb LLC ("TDweb", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the RAZIO website (raziocrm.com) and the RAZIO application, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you use RAZIO on behalf of an organization, that organization is the owner of its records and we process them on its behalf.
1. Who is responsible for your data
TDweb LLC is the data controller for the RAZIO website and for the account information of RAZIO subscribers. For the customer records your organization stores inside RAZIO (your leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and notes), your organization is the controller and TDweb is the processor acting on your instructions.
2. What we collect
Website visitors
- Information you submit through our forms: name, work email, phone, company and any message.
- Basic server and request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site running.
RAZIO subscribers
- Account and billing details for the organization and its users.
- Content your organization puts into RAZIO: contact and lead records, activity notes, emails, attachments and sequence data. This is your organization's data. We access it only to operate and support the service.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and set up and support your RAZIO organization.
- To provide the CRM features you switch on, including AI note enhancement, email polish and attachment summaries.
- To send outbound email from your own verified domain when you use RAZIO to send it.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your CRM data for advertising.
4. Artificial intelligence
RAZIO's AI features run on Anthropic's Claude API. Your inputs are not used to train AI models. AI tools are modules that your organization can leave switched off entirely. When an AI feature is used, the relevant text or attachment is sent to Anthropic solely to return the result to you.
5. Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run RAZIO. Each is bound to protect the data they process:
- Anthropic, for the Claude AI features (no training on your inputs).
- Vercel, for website and application hosting.
- Our email and DNS delivery providers, for sending mail from your verified domain.
6. Cookies
The RAZIO marketing site uses only what is needed to serve pages and, where present, a Google Search Console verification tag. The RAZIO application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Data retention and ownership
Your organization owns its data. You can import via CSV or Excel at any time and export your data whenever you want. If you close your account, we delete or return your organization's data on request, subject to any short retention required for backups, security or law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights for data held by TDweb, contact us using the details below. If your data lives inside an organization's RAZIO account, we will refer the request to that organization.
9. Security
RAZIO is multi-tenant with strict per-organization scoping, role-based permissions, and an append-only audit log. See our security page for detail.
10. Children
RAZIO is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify subscribers.
