Home / CRM with built-in sequences
A CRM with sales sequences built in.
RAZIO ships native sales sequences on every plan: multi-step call and email cadences with auto-advance, a breakup step and an automatic 6-month re-queue. No separate sequence tool, no higher tier to unlock them, no add-on.
Updated
Short version: a sales sequence (or cadence) is a scheduled series of follow-ups, call, email, wait, call, breakup, that the CRM runs for you so no lead slips. On most CRMs that engine is a premium tier or a paid add-on. In RAZIO it is the core of the product, included on every plan from $99/mo, and it feeds the Today list so every rep starts the day with a finished set of calls and emails.
What a sales sequence is
A sequence (cadence) is a predefined series of touches spread over time: for example a call on day 1, an email on day 3, another call on day 6, and a breakup email on day 10. Instead of a rep remembering to chase each lead, the CRM schedules every step, surfaces it the day it is due, advances automatically when a step is done, and stops when the lead replies.
The point of a sequence is discipline at scale. Deals are lost far more often to no follow-up than to a lost argument on price, and a cadence makes follow-up the default rather than a thing someone has to remember.
Built in vs bolted on
On most CRMs, the follow-up engine lives in a higher tier or a separate tool. Here is where sequences actually sit, and what they cost.
| CRM | Sequences included? | Where they live |
|---|---|---|
| RAZIO | every plan | Native, from $99/mo flat, unlimited users |
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Professional tier and up ($90/seat) | |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud | Sales Engagement, a $50/user add-on at Enterprise ($225/seat all in) | |
| Zoho CRM | Cadences, Professional and up ($23/seat), capped per module | |
| Pipedrive | Partial | Automations plus paid add-ons |
| Outreach | A separate per-seat layer on top of your CRM |
Tier placement and per-seat list prices from published rates as of August 2026. The pattern: rivals treat sequences as an upsell, either a higher seat tier or a standalone tool billed per user, on top of the CRM you already pay for. RAZIO includes them on every plan at one flat price.
How RAZIO's sequences work
- Multi-step cadences: mix calls, emails and tasks over any schedule you define.
- Auto-advance: finish a step and the next one is scheduled automatically; nothing waits on a rep to set a reminder.
- Breakup step: a final touch cleanly closes out leads who never engage, so the pipeline stays honest.
- 6-month re-queue: quiet leads come back around automatically instead of dying in the list.
- Feeds the Today list: every due step lands on one daily action list, so reps work, not triage.
- Email from your own domain: sequence emails send from your verified domain, so replies land in your inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a CRM with built-in sales sequences?
Yes. RAZIO includes native sales sequences (cadences) on every plan. They schedule and track multi-step follow-ups, calls, emails and tasks, with auto-advance, a breakup step and an automatic 6-month re-queue, and require no separate sequence tool or higher tier.
What is a sales sequence or cadence?
A sales sequence (also called a cadence) is a predefined series of follow-up steps spread over days or weeks, for example call day 1, email day 3, call day 6, breakup email day 10. The CRM schedules each step, surfaces it when it is due and advances automatically, so no lead is dropped between touches.
Do other CRMs charge extra for sequences?
Usually yes. HubSpot gates sequences behind Sales Hub Professional ($90/seat), Zoho behind Cadences from Professional up, and Salesforce behind Sales Engagement, a paid add-on at Enterprise. Pipedrive covers only part of it through automations plus add-ons. Outreach offers strong sequences but is a separate per-seat layer on top of a CRM you still pay for. RAZIO includes sequences on every plan at a flat price.
How do RAZIO sequences work day to day?
Drop a lead onto a sequence and its steps appear on the Today list when they are due. Reps work a finished list of calls and emails each morning instead of deciding who to chase. Steps auto-advance, a breakup step closes out non-responders, and a 6-month re-queue brings quiet leads back so they are not lost.
