Razio Ops / For the work after the sale

Run the job.
Keep the margin.

Get the crew to the job, track what it costs and collect the customer's sign-off, all on the same Razio account.

From the won deal to the finished job

  1. Won deal
  2. Create job
  3. Schedule crew
  4. Log time & materials
  5. Customer sign-off
  6. See margin

Service call? Start with a service ticket. You do not need a Won deal to open a job.

Watch

Ops in five minutes.

Follow one job from a handwritten note to an approved timesheet.

Office to job site

The details that decide your margin.

Keep every job moving

Create a job from a Won deal or start a service ticket directly. Track its stage, quoted cost and actual cost in one place.

Know what the job is making

Track materials and labour against the quote. Crew log their time, and per-person labour cost rates keep actual cost and live margin up to date.

Know where stock went

Every receipt, issue, return and adjustment is a recorded stock movement, and received stock carries its unit cost. Stock comes off when a deal is won, or at an earlier stage you pick.

Tie purchases back to the job

Keep purchase orders, receiving and vendor bills tied to the jobs they belong to.

Keep the equipment history

Track each customer's equipment on their account. Open a service ticket against an asset and keep its full service history.

Stay on top of maintenance

Set reminders by calendar cadence or meter hours. The next due date advances automatically.

Put the crew on the calendar

Schedule technician visits against a job. Each crew member sees their day in My Work on their phone.

Leave with the sign-off

The customer signs on the technician's phone. A signed PDF is produced and attached to the job.

Run payroll from the timesheet

See every person's hours for the week, Monday to Sunday, with pay worked out. Hours over 40 are paid at 1.5x, and approving a week locks it.

Turn a scribbled note into a lead

Snap a photo of a handwritten job note. Razio reads the name, phone, email, address and estimate into a lead for you to check and save.

Real screens

This is what the office sees.

The Razio Ops Jobs list: project jobs and a service ticket, each with status, quoted revenue, actual cost and actual margin in dollars and percent.
Every job, one list. Projects and service tickets side by side, with quoted revenue, actual cost and live margin on each row.
A Razio Ops job page: a margin card comparing quoted cost and margin with actual cost and margin, above the job's material and expense cost lines.
Quoted against actual. Add materials and expenses as they happen. Crew hours roll in from their phones, so the margin card is always current.
A Razio Ops service ticket: the customer account, the compressor asset with serial number and site, priority, scheduled time and the reported issue.
Service tickets on the right machine. Open a ticket against the customer's equipment, set the priority and time, and keep what was found and fixed on its history.
The Razio Ops weekly timesheet: each person's hours per day, total hours, overtime, regular pay, overtime pay and an Approve button.
Payroll without the spreadsheet. Hours per person per day, overtime split out, one click to approve and lock the week.

Snap a Lead

From a note on the truck seat to a lead in the CRM.

Estimators and techs still write things down. Snap a Lead keeps that habit and skips the retyping.

  1. Take a photo of the note

Open Snap a Lead in Ops and photograph the handwritten note or job sheet with your phone camera.

  2. Razio reads it for you

AI pulls out the name, phone, email, company, address, job notes and the estimated amount, even from messy handwriting.

  3. Check it, then save

Nothing is created until you press Save. Fix anything it misread, and Razio warns you if the person is already in your pipeline.

  4. The lead is ready to work

The new lead is assigned to you, the photo and estimate are kept on its timeline, and any automations you set up for new leads run right away.

The Snap a Lead confirm dialog: a photo of a handwritten service note above the fields Razio read from it, including name, phone, email, company and address.

On the crew's phone

Finish the paperwork at the job.

No waiting until everyone gets back to the office. Razio works on a phone as an installable web app.

A Razio Ops job open on a phone: status, quoted and actual margin, and the job's cost lines.
  1. See the day's work

Crew open My Work to see the jobs they are assigned to and their upcoming visits.

  2. Clock in and out

Crew log start and finish times against the job. The office sees labour cost and margin update. Crew see their own hours, never pay rates or margin.

  3. Hand the phone to the customer

Collect their signature on site. The signed PDF stays attached to the job.

Questions from the field.

Does Ops replace QuickBooks?

No. Keep your books in QuickBooks Online. Razio can push your invoices and payments to it, while Ops tracks what each job costs.

Can my crew use it on a phone?

Yes. Razio is an installable web app. Crew can see their jobs in My Work, clock in and out, and collect a customer signature on their phone.

Do I need the CRM to use Ops?

Ops runs on the same Razio account as the CRM. You can create a job from a Won opportunity or start directly with a service ticket.

Can a tech see only Ops?

Yes. Section access lets you give a technician or warehouse hand an Ops-only login, without access to the sales pipeline.

Is there a per-seat charge?

See pricing for current plan details. Teams over 20 contact support.

How does job costing stay up to date?

Material lines and crew time entries feed actual job cost. Each person has a labour cost rate, so cost and margin move as hours are logged.
